Sports Festival 2007
Over
250 children turned out from local
schools and clubs to enjoy a fun
festival of sport. The event was
held on 23 June at William de
Ferrers School sports arena.
Netball, Hoopball, Football and
Rugby was on display for the second
year running with a huge turnout of
support from the parents, teachers
and coaches alike.
The Chairman of
SWF Round Table said, every child
taking part received a medal to
remember this special day with the
winning teams receiving a shield,
which they may keep in the school
trophy cabinet for one year.
